Customs brokers owe $190.88 per national permit for 2027

Entry and Filing Procedure

The 2027 annual user fee is $190.88 for each customs broker national permit, and payment is due no later than January 29, 2027. CBP’s notice sets the amount and payment deadline for individual, partnership, association, and corporate permit holders.

The fee reaches each national permit held by a customs broker; the notice does not state a product-based or shipment-based test. Brokers may pay electronically through the eCBP portal, which CBP encourages, or at the processing center under the stated remittance procedures; failure to pay by January 29, 2027, revokes the national permit by operation of law.
